Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Stubs platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all users of the platform, including event organizers, attendees, and visitors.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities.

Event Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event information including dates, times, locations, and descriptions
• Honor all ticket sales and deliver events as advertised
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle refunds according to your stated refund policy
• Maintain appropriate insurance for your events
• Not use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and support requests

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use our Service to host, promote, or sell tickets for events that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain adult content without appropriate age restrictions
• Are misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Involve gambling where prohibited by law
• Promote hate speech or harassment

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Payment Processing and Fees

Payment processing is handled through our secure payment partners. By using our Service:

• You authorize us to charge our platform fees (3.0% + $1 per ticket)
• Payment processing fees are charged according to our fee schedule
• Platform and processing fees are non-refundable
• Chargebacks and disputes are handled according to our payment processor's policies
• Payouts are processed according to your payout schedule
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your ticket sales

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. However:

• Stubs platform fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable
• Event organizers must honor their stated refund policies
• If an event is canceled by the organizer, full refunds (minus fees) are automatically processed
• Disputed refunds may be reviewed by our support team
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method

Intellectual Property Rights

The Stubs platform and its original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree that:

• You will not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content
• You grant us license to use content you upload for platform operations
• You retain ownership of your event content and attendee data
• You will respect the intellectual property rights of others
• We may remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Stubs is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on our platform
• Event organizers are solely responsible for their events and attendee safety
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stubs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party right
• Events you organize or host using our platform
• Any disputes between you and attendees

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: First contact our support team to attempt resolution
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may proceed to mediation
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration may be required for certain disputes
4. Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits

Account Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
• Outstanding financial obligations survive termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We will post the updated Terms on our website
• We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification
• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• The effective date of changes will be clearly indicated
